All Smuddy products are covered by a 1 Year Offsite Replacement Warranty followed by a 1 Year Complimentary Offsite Repair Warranty, providing a total warranty coverage period of 2 (Two) Years from the original date of purchase.
The Smuddy warranty is valid only for the original purchaser of the product and is strictly non-transferable. Proof of purchase, such as a valid tax invoice, must be presented to avail warranty services.

For products purchased through third-party online marketplaces, distributors, dealers, resellers, retailers, or other external sales channels, the applicable warranty period, warranty coverage, and service terms shall be governed by the warranty conditions specified in the respective invoice, warranty card, product packaging, or accompanying documentation supplied with the product.
During the first twelve (12) months from the date of purchase, Smuddy shall, at its sole discretion, provide a replacement unit for products found to have manufacturing defects or functional failures covered under this warranty.
During the subsequent twelve (12) months, Smuddy shall provide complimentary offsite repair services for eligible products found to have manufacturing defects or functional failures covered under this warranty. Repair services may include diagnosis, repair, rectification, refurbishment, replacement of defective components, firmware restoration, or other corrective actions deemed appropriate by Smuddy.
Product replacement shall not ordinarily be available during this period unless expressly determined by Smuddy at its sole discretion.
The warranty period shall commence from the original date of purchase and shall not be extended, renewed, restarted, or otherwise modified upon repair or replacement of the product.
To register a warranty claim, customers must send an email to support@smuddy.com with the subject line "Warranty Support".
The customer support team will first attempt to diagnose and resolve the issue remotely through email, phone, video call, or other suitable communication channels.
If the issue cannot be resolved remotely through troubleshooting, the customer may be requested to securely self-ship the product to the designated Smuddy service facility and provide shipment tracking details to the support team. The customer shall bear the cost of shipping the product to the service facility. Upon verification of warranty eligibility, Smuddy shall, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the product and bear the cost of return shipping to the customer. No additional charges shall apply for such repair, replacement, or return shipment where the claim is covered under the applicable warranty terms.
Customers are responsible for ensuring proper packaging and safe shipment of the product. Smuddy shall not be liable for any loss, theft, transit delay, or damage occurring during shipment when the product is shipped by the customer.
Any replacement unit provided under warranty may be new, refurbished, repaired, or equivalent in condition and functionality, and may be supplied with or without original packaging, accessories, manuals, inserts, or ancillary components.
If the original product model is unavailable, discontinued, or otherwise cannot be supplied, Smuddy reserves the right to provide an equivalent or upgraded replacement product of comparable value and functionality.
No cash refund, store credit, gift card, or monetary compensation shall be provided in lieu of replacement.
The warranty period applicable to any replacement product shall continue from the original purchase date of the initially purchased product and shall not restart.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Smuddy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages.
Smuddy's total liability under this warranty shall not exceed the original purchase price paid for the product.
Smuddy will make reasonable efforts to complete warranty repairs and replacements as promptly as possible. While repair services are generally completed within fourteen (14) business days from receipt of the product, no guaranteed turnaround time is provided.
Slight variations in color, finish, texture, shade, pattern, appearance, markings, or cosmetic characteristics may occur due to manufacturing changes, aging, normal wear and tear, or product revisions. Such cosmetic differences shall not constitute a defect under this warranty.
This warranty shall automatically terminate upon expiry of the applicable warranty period calculated from the original purchase date, regardless of whether the product has been used, stored, repaired, replaced, or remained unused during that period.
No warranty coverage shall be available after the warranty period has expired.
Customers are advised to carefully review the warranty policy, warranty card, invoice, user manual, product packaging, and other documentation supplied with the product at the time of purchase.
In the event of any inconsistency, conflict, omission, interpretation difference, or discrepancy between the information published on this website and the warranty terms supplied with the product invoice, warranty card, packaging, user manual, or accompanying documentation, the warranty terms supplied with the purchased product shall prevail and supersede the information contained on this website.
